Cariad Care Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.Baseline Emissions FootprintAs a newly established organisation, Cariad Care has not yet completed its first full reporting year. This Carbon Reduction Plan establishes our baseline, which will be reviewed and updated annually.

Carbon Reduction Measures

Cariad Care is committed to reducing its environmental impact by:

• Minimising business travel and using virtual meetings where appropriate.
• Reducing energy consumption within offices and workspaces.
• Using digital systems to minimise paper use.
• Purchasing environmentally responsible goods and services where reasonably practicable.
• Promoting recycling and responsible waste management.

Environmental performance will be monitored annually, with emissions measured, reported and reviewed to support continuous improvement towards our Net Zero commitment.
